A pre-order means the item is still in production at the time of ordering and cannot be immediately stocked in our warehouse. After checkout, please confirm that your item is marked as pre-ordered. Delivery timelines for pre-order items may vary slightly.
What Are the Benefits of Pre-ordering?
The advantage of pre-ordering is that you can secure your desired size or style without the risk of it selling out immediately upon arrival. Some items may receive multiple pre-orders and could even sell out before they are physically in stock.
When Might Delays Occur, and Why?
Our product collections are uniquely crafted, involving multiple production and finishing stages. The manufacturing process is linear, though occasional disruptions may arise.

Can I Combine In-Stock Items with Pre-order Items?
Absolutely! You have the following options:
- Place two separate orders: One for in-stock items (to be shipped according to our standard dispatch timeline) and another for pre-order items.
- Submit a combined order and wait for the pre-order item to arrive. In this case, the entire order will be held and dispatched as a single shipment once the pre-ordered item is ready.

Can I Cancel a Pre-ordered Item?

Can I Modify My Order?
